Dr. Syamala Reddy Dental College, Hospital and Research Centre is efficiently helping the future Indian Dentists to reach their full potential in the field of dentistry in the state of Karnataka, India. The institute was founded by SGR Technical and Educational Society in the year 1991 and is a manifestation of the fervour of the Late Prof. Dr. S. Ganesh Reddy, an academic as well as a Squadron Leader. The college is situated in Marathahalli, Bengaluru and covers a vast area of 7 acres with good open space ideal for the Training of future dentists in India.

One can pursue 2 main courses at the college: the first is a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) which is of 5 years duration, the second one is Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) which continues for three years. These courses help students develop a sound theoretical and practical understanding of completely integrated dentistry. The BDS program offers a wide range of skills and knowledge to develop budding dentists, whereas the MDS allows graduates to integrate themselves in the area of Specialization in Dental surgery practices.
